BUSH CAMPING Burrandowan have a fantastic bush camping area for the patrons of the annual Picnic Race Day. The grounds offer a separate area from the actual track facilities but are located within easy walking distance to the race day action. Facilities include flushing toilets and both men’s and women’s hot showers. As you know South East Queensland is in the midst of one of the worst droughts in recent history and water is scarce and sacred! We ask that you consider this when you are utilising the camping facilities and suggest that you bring a supply of water with you. Campers are welcomed from Thursday and camping is $5 per night per person – Saturday night is FREE Please note that dogs are strictly not permitted within the campgrounds or at the racetrack.
